Are you logging in with the correct e-mail address? Also, do you have your Xbox Live Gamertag linked to your Origin Account?
If you have a child account, and are under the age of 13 you will not be able to play the game unless you have your parents take the following steps detailed out on this website.
- Anonymous8 years agoI have tried everything suggested, but none of them have worked. I think you may just need to wait for this (annoying) issue to be fixed by the teams at ea.

Hey @SquareAlarm6116
Just to confirm... You've checked if your Microsoft account does not have online safety settings enabled and if your EA account is not an underage one, is that correct? If you're not sure how to do it, you'll find useful information here.
This article about linking console accounts to your EA account might also help in resolving your issue.

I am having the same issue and all my info is correct. It's just been a long time since I've played any EA games. Fix this or I will never buy an EA game again. This is a crock of crap
