I cant pre-load star wars battlefront 3 PC

I bought the game back in May

My bad I got a new card about a month ago but its weird it didn't take money out back in May

Went on my order history and it said processing and when i hover over it it says "we've billed you for this order but some items may not be delivered yet" when i ordered it in Septemver

I have the same issue, money was taken out days ago. I didn't get my head start. Origin is so inferior to Steam!

I have the exact same problem! It writes that I have been billed but the items have not been delivered yet! I have bought the game since September and money WAS taken out of my bank account. Please someone from EA fix this. Thank you.

Yeah, just checked and the money has been taken out of my aaccount

Same here. Ordered exactly a month ago and I've already went through it with my bank and they accepted it. Why is this happening?
