I got pics
That I'm not allowed to unlink a account. Comically my account is linked to a account that's not mine.. secondly I got pic that every time I go to help page I get a blank page with no option to chat ...

In order to unlink an account you will need to be able to log into your EA Account Portal and then navigate to the connected accounts under the "connections" tab.
