Icy Caves chests not showing collected, but verified are collected.

Summarize your bug Two of the four chests on Zeffo, in Ice Caves, are not registering as opened. I have confirmed all chests are opened and that I have all of the collectibles in the game. This is preventing the Collector trophy from triggering.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know if it’s repeatable. I’ve seen others having similar issues, but with different chests in different areas.
What happens when the bug occurs? Chest completion not triggering, leading to the Coollector trophy not triggering.
What do you expect to see? All chests found. Collector trophy triggered.
