Illum arrival bugged

Summarize your bug Arrived on Illum after escaping Dathomir and the dialogue between cal and cere plays but camera is stuck on cals back inside of the mantis. I cant move or do anything but pause and I've tried quitting and reinstalling the game and nothings worked
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After leaving leaving dathomir after cal breaks his lightsaber i went set course for zeffo but then switched to illum, arrived on illum but no one was present on the mantis and the doors were shut so i reloaded the game and that resulted in the bug
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant move cal at all but dialogue between him and cere still plays
What do you expect to see? A cutscene

Very annoying,  ive tries reinstalling, force quitting the game nothing works. I want a refund
