Illum Chests & Secrets

I too have this issue only I have 5/5 chests and 2/ 3 secrets. I got my last secret as I was escaping the empire in the crystal caves and that's the secret it won't register. Right before it happened BD1 would not open my map.  I have attached an image of the location of said secret.

I have exactly the same problem.

Both chest, both secret found but only one recorded.

When I leave Crystal Caves and look on the map, already discovered halls to the secret (that one under circle hole) disappeared.

Still no news on when patch will be available EA?

I've had a similar problem with 3 sense echos. They are: On Bogano #2 of The Creature and #13 of The Researcher, and on Zeffo #2 from the Venator Wreck. These are not difficlut to find, their out in the open. I've finished the game with 100% on every planet. When I look at videos I see where others have found them, but they do not show up when I get to those places. I recall a couple things that may have been glitches when I was opening chests or sense echos but I cannot be certain that it was at those 3 spots. I may have pressed a button too soon and exited out before the game was finished giving me credit. What I experienced seemed odd at the time but I didn't look to verify that I had been given credit for my find. 

I restarted a new game and already got sense echo #13 "Faded Mural"  on Bogano with no problem. I don't get it Big Dan! In my second go through I will be sure to check every chest, secrete and sense echo to assure that I got credit for it.
