ILUM Crystal Caves - Secrets not registering

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug two of the Secrets in the Ilum Crystal caves wont register.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Collect Secrets on Ilum
What happens when the bug occurs? Secret gets collected, but doesn't register as collected
What do you expect to see? I collected both secrets (doubled checked against some location guides) but they wont register that I've got it and I'm locked out of Completing the game.

I'm unable to complete the game due to those secrets being the only thing not being able  to register in the game

    Having the same issue on Xbox one x collected everything on Ilum but it is stating that I’m missing 1 secret.  Once possible reason for this might be the droid was also glitching when I collected it.  His map would not open until I restarted the game

    I also am stuck at 1/2 secrets in the crystal caves. It’s hindering my final achievement

    Same thing here, one of those mtf did not register, are we expecting a patch that can fix it? To me it happened on PS4.

    Someone from Respawn responded on another thread saying there will be a fix, and it will be in the next patch not 1.04.

    @Restored35 where did you see this respond? I have same problem on PS4. I collected all secrets in crystal caves but one won't counted... I can't get platine trophy because of this bug... I hope they will fix it in the same save and we won't have to start new game and collect all secrets and chests again...

    For me happen the same and same happen also with one chest on same map...

    ******UPDATE 23/12/2019******

    It was fixed with patch 1.03 (18 Nov)
