"in a galaxy far, far away...." Trophy Error

I won a hero hunt match with the most kills and most damage to heroes. I have video and photo proof. But I did not receive the "in a galaxy far, far away...." PS4 trophy. I worked so hard to win once in each game mode and I was not rewarded. Also, according to my Battlefront Companion app, I have 0 wins in Hero Hunt; even though I just won. I am very frustrated with this issue and I deserved my trophy.
