Thank you for making a new topic. It helps us get a good overview of players still impacted after we "fixed" this in a recent patch.
From reading your dxdiag, there's a few things that stand out that:
- You meet the minimum requirement, but your on the lower end of that mark. Lowering your in-game graphical settings may help - have you tried that?
- There is a new GPU driver available for your card. While your drivers aren't "old, or necessarily outdated", it might help.
- Your SSD has >1GB of space available. If the game is installed on this disk, have you tried creating more space?
Hopefully these tips help. We haven't come across high volume of new reports on this issue, so currently it seems like we might be able to solve this for you with some tech troubleshooting.

I already tried the first and the second solution, for the 3rd one, I tried after moving the game on an external hdd, then an external ssd, no improvement... But I'll retry with lowering the graphical settings, I didn't do this since the update of my gpu.
I'll let you know if there is any change
