Infinte loading in Mission 9 (2)

Please explain 'Other' Story Mode
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I set up my load out, and hit deploy, the video plays, then it just goes to the loading screen and doesn't move past it.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Right after the video plays of the ship arriving in at mon cala.

What happens when the bug occurs? The game is stuck on the loading screen, if I check task manager the memory is barley fluctuating and it is not reading from the disk at all.
What do you expect to see? The mission to load.

I have tried reinstalling the game, trying in a different admin windows account, increasing virtual memory/page file size, decreasing graphics. Everything else has worked perfectly fine, it's just loading this mission. Even the briefing for the mission worked fine.
