What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I watched the briefing for Mission 9, set up my ship, and started the mission. A black screen with the loading icon at the bottom right appears. The mission never loads.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the problem persists. According to Steam my game files are the January 19th release.
