Due to the constraints eventually you will need to upgrade to Windows 10 simply because the APIs for future games won't support windows 7. Do please let us know how it goes tho, interested in seeing how long Windows 7 can play the games without too many issues if any.

Will do. And will post results. I'm actually not optimistic that I'll even get into a load screen, but, I'm gonna try.
