What do I do if it saying that the account is invalid?

I've never had this problem until now. I was playing Apex legends just fine until the next day I received the message "This account is invalid" I logged on to my ea account, I did everything from changing passwords to contacting ea help team and they did absolutely nothing. I also noticed my ea account is linked into my xbox account that i don't use anymore. I can't link my ea account to my new xbox account. There is nothing I can do about it, I already put money into it battlefield 1 & battlefield V. 

I'm very frustrated how this happen so suddenly. I hope I find a way to get this issue resolved I just want to play online.

I’ve been getting the invalid account notification on all my EA games and it’s driving me mad. I’ve already reset my password multiple times and nothing has changed over the past 24 hours. Any help is accepted, this is really starting to * me off.

Every time I try to open an EA game I get a message that says my account is invalid and I cant access any online features of the game. Then if I try an log into my EA account with my microsoft account, EA says my microsoft account is Ineligible. I just want to play the games that I have paid for please help.

My Email is correct, when I try to log in at help.ea.com with my microsoft account (that is correct) i still get a message that says my account is invalid.
