Is it possible that I ruined my whole progress?

Hi there, I'm stuck at Tomb of Miktrull and it seems, that it is impossible to go back to the ship, and leave for another planet. I don't have the pull jedi skill yet, and it is possible to need it....

I got through this wall and straight after my game crashed and had to load the game back up, but now when I get to this point the wall is stuck and I cannot get through, is there another way through???
