Issue after match end

Hey guys,

This is an issue unrelated to the triple screen setup issue. This issue is kinda strange and I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. My other system at my mom's house is an Optiplex 3020 with the following specs:

Windows 10 Pro

Radeon R5 240 1GB

Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz

8GB DDR3 

1x Dell E2211H Monitor

Running Battlefront at 1280x720 with all settings at low I range between 30-45FPS. At the end of a match, when the map is changing, after I see my match summary, the game just sits there. The loading wheel at the bottom keeps spinning like it is trying to do something. If I click leave game, it says "Leaving Game..." but it never does. I end up having to force close the game with task manager. Reinstalling the game is my last resort. 

What seems to be the issue?
