Some of the listed troubleshooting steps have helped for some (as shown here), but it's clear that there's not a universal fix.
I have raised this issue up (using a lot of the gathered info in this thread and others) quite some time ago. However I don't have an ETA on a resolution..
I would be very surprised if this isn't addressed in an upcoming patch, but unfortunately I don't have any specific info on the contents of any upcoming patches, nor do I have any timeframe for said patches.
I understand that this is frustrating, and I assure you it's frustrating to not have a solid answer for folks. However I want to be clear that I haven't forgotten about or ignored this, I apologize if I gave the impression that I had.
One more bit of info.
at the end of each round that hangs, the "poor connection" message appears for less than a second in the top right corner of the screen.
connection is fine during the round, but just at the end it appears.
