Hi there,

Sorry to hear you are having a problem. Would you be able to try "mashing" the Z button to trigger the cinematic when prompted? Would it also be possible you can provide us with a video of this happening?

I am having this issue and I tried mashing the button and it’s still not working

      I figured it out. You have to mash/ tap the B button really fast with your right finger
