Jedi: Fallen Order - Crashes on XBox One S

Ok, so I bought Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for XBox One S and the game will not start, it constantly crashes my  Xbox, I've tried the following:

1. Ensuring all Updates and Patches have been applied

2. Uninstalled and re-installed the game on multiple occaisions

3. Checked the setup of my Xbox One S

4. All other games - Destiny 2, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Gears of War etc. all run and work without any issues

So my XBox One S spec is as follow:

1. XBox One S - 2TB

2. Output is via HDMI and resolution settings are as follows:

Resolution: 1080p

Refresh Rate: 60Hz

Video mode is set to allow 50Hz, 24Hz

Allow auto low latency is allowed

4K and HDR10 are also allowed

YCC 4:2:2 is allowed

Overrides are allowed

3. TV Output is a 4K 55" Samsung Smart TV connected via HDMI

4. There is just under 1TB of space available on the HD

Any ideas?
