Jedi fallen order crashing on Xbox1

Fallen order is crashing on Xbox 1 . Tried rebooting X box ,  and even  reinstalling game  . It had crashed a few times ( frozen screen with loud buzzing noise ) but on reloading worked OK. But this time I am just stuck as the game just quits in the same place. Xbox is perfectly standard ( no mods) and is working fine on other games.

This is on return to Yashyyk, which I see other people have had similar issues with , but not recently as far as I can see.

    Up date : have been back to ship, visited other planets , played around on them  with no issues, but when I go back to Yashyyk, it immediately crashes as soon as you try and get in the refinery.

    I know on PC you can often repair save files and that appears to be what I need to do in this case or it looks like I have to start the whole game from scratch...which would be  really annoying!
