Jedi Fallen Order game disc not recognised on Xbox One
The game loads on my Xbox One S console but the disc is not recognised on my son’s Xbox One. There is no information on the case stating that it will not work on the original console.

I just purchased STAR WARS JEDI FALLEN ORDER and I have tried two brand new copies and nether of them will launch when Inserted into my XBOX ONE Console, why is that?
My XBOX ONE is the original 1/2TB XBOX ONE I ALSO HAVE A 2TB external HD attached to the XBOX

If you have the install portion on the external drive, try reinstalling to the console internal drive.

after 5 trips to Target, have tried 2 brand new copies of Jedi: Fallen Order in my Xbox One. The Xbox does not recognize the disc on either brand new copies.
