Jedi Fallen Order: How do I get back to the abandoned village on Zephos

How the hell do I get back to the abandoned village|? Been running around for ages. Game is fun but so frustrating at the same time.

I've found this bridge but there's no way I can see to get it down.

    Hi there, @Vaerryn

    It's been a while since I played this, but you may need Force Pull to pull that bridge down. Do you have that yet? Also, if you look at the map, it should tell you which areas you can't pass yet. Those will be marked red.

  • No, I don't have Force Pull, there's no way to get it by this point in the game.

    What I DO have is YouTube, which I used to finally find the correct path. Except, about half an hour later I got lost AGAIN.

    It's unbelievable how badly designed the levels are. It's like a frigging labyrinth, you just keep ending up back where you started, and the Holomap is UTTERLY USELESS.

    I'm gonna try YouTube again to get out of this mess, but if it happens a 3rd time I'm quitting this game. This is the kind of level design I'd expect of a game from the 90s. I'd really like to know what nutjob at Respawn Entertainment thought this would be fun.

    Thank heavens I didn't pay anything for this game. If Jedi: Survivor is the same then I'm not going anywhere near it.

    @Vaerryn

    I'm really sorry to hear how frustrated you've been. The holomap was a bit awkward at first, but I was ok with it once I got used to it. It ended up being a pretty crucial tool that I used frequently. Regardless, if you can stick with it, there's a great story that plays out. The overall gameplay and puzzles, along with the interactions with BD-1 and the crew were all really fun. Of course, it might not be for everyone, but hopefully you end up enjoying it 🙂  Good luck and please reach out again if you have any other issues. May The Force be with you!
