I was wanting to know if anyone had the full list of (premium content) in jedi fallen order. so far I have this as my list, if you know of anything I am missing please let me know.

I've got the deluxe edition. All pre order bonuses are present aside from the director cut content. There is no bonus material menu showing, any advice?

Had the same issue. I called sony and they sorted it out. Think I had to reinstall.
I seriously created a thread here about this, and within 10 minutes my Bonus Content was showing again. some glitch in Origin's servers that's easily correctable.
