Jedi fallen order ps5 deluxe edition content missing

Hi! Everyone. I’ve been dealing with this really wired problem. A couple of weeks ago I upgraded my Jedi Fallen Order deluxe edition disc from ps4 to Ps5 and my deluxe content is not showing up at all i have deleted and reinstalled several times but I can only download on ps4. I went to the PlayStation store and it won’t let me download it because already own the deluxe upgrade. I got my deluxe upgrade from a voucher code when I pre order it in 2019. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
