Jedi fallen order shuts down computer on launch

When launching the game, my pc just shuts off. This has never happened to me before.

Only when running this game this specific problem happens and I have played much more intensive games than this.

ALSO EA SUPPORT ONLY TAKES CALLS FOR CANDA AND UNITED STATES and there is no other option for support. WHY? (I've tried another browser besides chrome

    @EA_Leeuw  ok i dont know what changed but here is what i did..

    1. i unplugged everything removed ssd,and gpu,ram to prep the motherboard for removal then after seeing that its a odd shape i left the motherboard in the same case.

    2. plugged everything back in the way it was 

    3. after looking at other motherboards to replace this one so i can do a case swap .. then i got curious do the same steps i did before and launched swfjo and NO crash made it to the main menu 

    so inconclusion the crashing is fixed .

      i wanna thank you for your time

    @Dekioooo, thanks for the file.

    I am not really able to see a specific reason as to why your PC is crashing so often while trying to launch SW:JFO. However, I see quite a few of general Windows Explorer crashes.

    Have you already tried to start you with via a Clean Boot, and launch SW:JFO, to see if the issue persists?

    Didn't work either, could you let me know where I can find out how I can fix those other issues tho? they're quite annoying

    @Dekioooo, if you would like to try to fix all the issues that you're experiencing with your PC, I would recommend trying to get in touch with either Microsoft support or a dedicated PC specialist.
    As we are EA, we can only assist with issues that potentially involve our games, like SW:JFO in this case.

    Have you already tried to see if all your drivers of your CPU/CPU etc. are up to date?

    @EA_Leeuw im having the same issue, launch swjfo as admin and my pc will still power off after the splash screen of swjfo to load the opening part of the game.. once my pc is off i have to unplug it from the wall and plug the power cord back in hit power then wait for pc to boot and get back to the desktop.. i have the dxdiag info if that can help.

    this is the first time i had a game crash the whole pc, I've had other games crash to desktop like command and conquer red alert 2 which  was easy to fix.

    Is it maybe possible that you have overclocked your system? Like your CPU, GPU or Memory (RAM, XMP setting) for example?

    the only thing i know i did is use msi afterburner to control the cpu fan speed. and on that note i was watching temps to see if gpu,cpu was getting a high spike in heat but no change in temp 

    oh and my psu is 310 watt can that cause the crash? 

    my question is this with my pc specs i should be able to run the game ( yes or no )

    if yes then there is a piece of the puzzle im missing..

    or if not then i know i just new powerful pc
