    @reaperL5D I don't know if you were able get your issue resolved but the issue I experienced was fixed switching the xbox one controller off bluetooth and back to usb.

I am having terrible Performance Issues:

Ryzen 1700x at 3.9 MHz

EVGA XC ULTRA 2 2080ti

16 GB of RAM

Game runs like trash. Constant drops to 40-50 fps no matter what settings/res.

Same issues on RTX on a 16Core Ryzen 32GB memory.

Eventually I've minimised stutter by enabling low latency mode on the graphics card (forcing frame pre-rendering to 1, available in Nvidia control panel)

Stutter is markably reduced (to make playable) but it still happens occasionally but much much less.

As everyone says there is a code based gpu memory paging issue in this game, it happens whatever graphics setting you choose in the game.

Shame really beautiful game spoiled by this problem.
