Apologies for the delay, We might be dealing with a corrupt save. Do you remember getting any error messages since your last session?
Also, if you have not already give the following a try;
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

No I didn’t get any message or anything and I tried repairing that didn’t work I uninstalled it that didn’t work so I’ll try the list of things you gave me to see if that works if it doesn’t I’ll let you know
