Super weird, but I got it to work. Jump up the lung plants, rest at meditation point, then jump back onto the nearest launcher and angle yourself toward the bird’s tail. Don’t break your fall. I hit the ground hard and as soon as I stood up, BD hopped off for the scan.

thank you very much! I had the exact same bug and was almost disappointed that I couldn´t get 100% (it was the last scan).
