Did you already obtain the ability to ride the zip lines uphill?Then try double jump above the zip line, means jump a bit before the end of the path. BD should catch the line anyway.

It's called powered zipline and can be found on Zeffo, down in the imperial dig site / cave.You should have gotten an objective to investigate a tomb on Zeffo prior to that.

Did you already obtain the ability to ride the zip lines uphill?
Then try double jump above the zip line, means jump a bit before the end of the path. BD should catch the line anyway.

@zunytum4444 Are you still experiencing this problem? As @MADrag0n mentioned, could you please open your Pause menu and look for the "POWERED ZIPLINE" ability in the BD-1 Abilities section of the Abilities page? Do you have that ability unlocked? If so, if you could please upload a video of you experiencing the problem, that would help a lot. Thank you!

I have the exact same problem, I can't exit this location as I don't have this ability, am I doomed?

Please tell me what to do.

Hi folks, did you use Force Pull to get to this section of the game? There is a bridge in Kashyyyk past the refinery where you have to Force Pull the bridge to lower it and cross it, and that allows you to get to this area. Were you able to get to this area of the game without acquiring Pull? If so -- how did you do it?
