Did you already obtain the ability to ride the zip lines uphill?
Then try double jump above the zip line, means jump a bit before the end of the path. BD should catch the line anyway.

It's called powered zipline and can be found
on Zeffo, down in the imperial dig site / cave.
You should have gotten an objective to investigate a tomb on Zeffo prior to that.
