Kashyyyk/Double bladed lightsaber

Summarize your bug 2 bugs. First, both double-bladed lightsaber upgrade benches do not work. I hear audio, but there is no cut-scene. When the audio ends I get prompts, but no double blades lightsaber. Pressing the D-Pad or going into the “customize” menu show the regular lightsaber only. Additionally, when I try to travel to Kashyyyk I get nothing but a black screen and a health bar. At this point I cannot progress at all in the game. I have tried loading save points, restarting my console, no success.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game and you’ll find them both in the first 25% of gameplay.
What happens when the bug occurs? No double bladed lightsaber and I can’t go to kashyyyk.
What do you expect to see? Me, on Kashyyyk, with a double bladed lightsaber. Like the game is supposed to do.

Please fix this as I cannot play anymore until it’s fixed.
