Landing on Bogano makes the game crash

So far, starting a new game & working my way through in a different order than I did the first time has worked. I got further than I did and it only froze once on me in the middle of a battle with 4 or 5 troopers. If I load my original saved game it still freezes when I try to go back to Bogano. It's lame having to start over but it went a lot faster because I already knew how to solve most of the puzzles & remembered where most of the chests/secrets are.
