Yesterday the same problem appeared on my xbox one s, stuck at 79% of the total game in hyperspace on the way to Bogano. Purchased and downloaded about two months ago and installed on an external hard drive. Deleting the save game and starting it all over again is not an option for me, I don't have the time or the desire for that, especially knowing that this can happen again. Really, really frustrating. Please, we need some response from EA.
