Just adding my voice to the people a bit upset about the HOTAS deadzone issue. Game's still playable, but the finer movements are a little difficult to pull off.
Not interested in downloading a program to fix this when a fix should eventually arrive and resolve this. It's weird that this is an issue. You guys should support your QA department more. I bet this was logged months ago and some producer deferred it because they didn't understand how big of an issue it is.
Also your default HOTAS controls are WACK. What's up with tilting the stick controlling yaw and the rudder controlling roll? You ever played a sim before? Why didn't my throttle control the throttle? That's just wild.
Anyway, you got some real good bones there, but someone's gotta get on figuring out the proper bug priority, because jeez a lot of this could have been preventable.

For me the pitch was reversed, yaw was mapped to roll, and the throttle was one of the sliders, not the throttle. So wack

A new update was released on PC today. Patch notes say that the deadzone issue should be fixed or at least improved now.
I'll have to wait until after work to check, but if anyone has been checking this thread, then you should have a patch on PC that'll fix it.- Straatford875 years ago

Hi Pilots,
Thanks again for flagging this issue to us. With Update 1.1, we've added the following fix for the HOTAS deadzone:
- Added options in the menu called “Controller Global Deadzone" and "Flight Stick Global Deadzone” which will allow you to modify the deadzone individually for standard controllers and Flight Sticks
- 5 years ago@Straatford87 going to check in a few minutes, I'm hoping this is the solution to my t. Flight hotas x feeling like I'm flying in molasses.
I'll update when I return.
