As it would seem EA has no plans to answer customer questions in addition to continuing it's practice of releasing games that simply do not work, I will be contacting my state consumer protection bureau to take enforcement action against EA in addition to contacting my credit card company.
Broken games happen. Ignoring your playerbase once you have their money is an ongoing choice EA is making.
You do not need to fix your games. You need to fix your business practices.

You haven't said what game it is how are they supposed to know what to fix ? Don't forget this is the forum for "Other Star Wars Games".
