Legacy controls for Battlefront for xbox one not working
I just bought Battlefront for the xbox one. When switching to the Legacy control scheme the left thumbstick won't work. My character will very slowly turn left or right and that is it. Is there so...
Excellent analogy from another forum, it's like forcing me to play left-handed.
And as another post so eloquently put: "f*** you, goldeneye." EXACTLY.
Indeed it would have been better to not have legacy at all like in the Beta. Would have been tragic but a much easier pill to swallow than this negligent nonsense. This and the other Battlefront-only bug forum have turned into my support group rather than a communication tool with the developers. Just sad all around.

I have played about 15 hours online so far without legacy and its a struggle. I have about a .95 kill/death ratio so I can get by, but it sucks so bad. I stay away from any online game without it but over time have had to play single player games without it like Borderlands for example, so I'm not 100% not able to play like some of you, but its not good. One example.... I head shotted someone in Battlefront from far away and literally 5 mins later two enemies walked by me oblivious and I was ten feet away, they had their back to me and i missed every shot. Not one hit. If it's spontaneous, it harder for me but if I'm sniping for example and have to think about it, I can do it. Sometimes. Lol. I'm so disappointed in EA right now.
It shouldn't take this long for a simple patch, wats annoying is that my friends who use default thumb sticks could care less as they have the luxury of being ignorant to worrying about thumb stick control schemes,
it must be nice start up an fps game ignore thumb stick control options like they don't exist and go right to the fun
