Licenses Issue

I bought my PS4 back in December, and it included a code to download Battlefront. I downloaded it, and now have over 50 hours of gameplay. Yesterday I wanted to play, but it appeared blocked. It said that I didn´t have the license for the game (which I obviously have). I don´t understand why this happened and am really disappointed at this. I was even considering buying the season pass, but now I´m afraid you are going to take it away from me as you did with the game. I hope you can solve this because I really enjoyed the game but can´t play anymore.

To hazard a guess, it sounds like the game might have been consumed on your brother's account all along, but you were able to play it via the console's game sharing. If 2 people use the same console regularly then this could happen for a long time before it becomes noticeable.

I am having the same issue but on my pc had game for about 5 months now asking for product key.. whats going on ea

@alex_mesal Does the step of Restoring licenses work? I take it that you haven't swapped account at all?

@Deseroner This sounds like a different issue, likely an account mixup. Log into Origin and check the My Games page. SWBF should show up there. If it's absent then I'd try checking any alternate accounts/logins.

I already tried this but didn't work. I have another account, which is my brother's, but he doesn't play the game at all.

Is the game on your brother's account? If so make sure that he's logged in with that system as his home console, and you should be able to play the game as it shares to your account.

That's what I don't understand, because the game was in my own account and suddenly the game is his. I don't know why that happened, because he literally has 0 mins of gameplay, I'm afraid he has never even launched it.
