Lightsaber flickering

When moving in front of textures like grass or water, and when moving in front of bright lighting effects, the glow around Cal's lightsaber flickers very badly. It's distracting and irritating. Any fixes?

I'm playing on PC with all settings set to Epic at 1440p.

Try changing some of the other graphical settings like v-sync, motion blur, film grain.

Let us know which of these settings has the desired effect, if any.
