I use wireless headphones and tend to soften certain background noises so the lightsaber sounds pretty good - Could just be that your TV and/or home theatre settings need a simple tweak (For example, Cinema and Movie modes do a better job of separating different sounds).
Thanks for replying, yeah I've been experimenting with different sound settings (default, studio reference) and (headphones, stereo speakers mode as I have no 5.1 /7.1 setup) so I tried it on my wireless ps4 headphones which has a decent sound output. But still it's like they lowered the volume on the lights aber sounds, I was rewatching the e3 demo and the saber sounds there were way more powerful like aggressive, and I'm missing that in the finished product.

I see what you mean - Main weapons (especially ones as iconic as a lightsaber), should always sound and feel powerful; hopefully you can get some more people to agree as it's, in theory, a simple thing to fix.
I recommend also posting on Reddit and maybe even the steam page for greater exposure.
