I just want to be clear on where you find these items:
- BD-1 & Mantis Skins – You need to go to “customization” menu in-game.
Lightsaber customization – You need to find workbenches in-game, they are scatter around the worlds.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

@EA_Atic i have been in the workbenches in-game but cant find the pre-order bonuses anywhere (not in customization menu or workbench) however, i bought this game via and it does say that it is the pre order version of the key, but they sent me a picture of the key, so is there a seperate pre order key?
That does not help. From what I've discovered EA has failed to deliver the preorder codes to the retailers.
I tried to find the lightsaber premium content z it still doesn't show up so what's the deal, I have the pre-ordered deluxe edition, but didn't get the lightsaber parts, is there something I have to log into or what
- @Delta_75SOCOM You only login into Origin/EA account if you got the game through that. If you just purchased it normally you need a code.
I brought the game from a UK store (Currys PC world)
I have not be given a code within the game case!
The games pre order bonuses were the only reasons I pre ordered.
- @EA_Atic The workbench does not have these parts and the customization menu does not offer the skins.
Will the orange saber and other preorder items be put into the game for everyone at some point?
So, I just received another code from Amazon. The first email I got earlier this morning looks to be what I should've received on launch day. The second is from the customer service rep that was looking into the issue for me.

Hello I have the same problem with my pre-order bonuses. i didnt get my lightsaber and other content. I'm from Romania, so i bought the game from Altex, an romanian retailer. I send to you the date of purchase and the prove that my lightsaber is missing.Also i send to you 1 copy of my facture as proof of purchese. To mention my game is on PS4, PSN Name Anonymus2093

I preordered Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order PC version on 14 June 2019 from cd.keys.com and got the code on 12 November 2019 but it didnt include the code for the bonus content which was descriped in the description of the game .
Did anybody preordered the game or bought it from cd.keys and got their preorder bonus content. I am sorry for my bad english it's not my native language. I see that many of you didnt get their bonus content with the preorder and most of you guys bought the game from amazon,or best buy but it happens even with the preorders from other retailers. What happened god not the retailers get the preorder bonuses codes from Ea to send them to their customers or is it something else ?
