Locating Pre-Order / Subscription Content?

I preordered the Deluxe Edition of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order on PS4 at my local GameStop and I can’t seem to find the Orange lightsaber, BD-1’s BEE-D-1 (Yellow) Skin or the Mygeeto or Umbaran Campaign hilts. I’m very confused, do I have to find them in game? I have the Deluxe Editions preorder content already unlocked but not the regular content. Please help?
The BD1 skin you should be able to equip right from your "customization" tab in the menu once you have him.
The lightsaber parts should automatically show up at lightsaber workbenches.
If you can't find them there, you may need to get support because you don't actually have to find them or anything, you should just have them.

For any pre-order content you'll get the codes from your retailer. Once redeemed the codes on your platform, you'll be able to find the content in-game as described by @jmordreddev

i preordered from amazon and they did not send me anything. Ive chatted with them twice an still nothing as come about me getting my code. Sucks
At the time I pre ordered my copy, I had to have it ship to home. The retailer tells me they are unable to print codes and there were no codes with the game when it was delivered, besides the deluxe code - no pre order bonus.
