Locating Pre-Order / Subscription Content?

I preordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi fallen order and only have some of the bonuses. I didn’t get the orange lightsaber. Is there something I have to do to get it? The code I have only m...

Hey everyone! 

 @CloudusRX7  @leroyjames2008  @Flynn2903  @Th3B4b3  @shanjedi, 

I just want to be clear on where you find these items: 

  • BD-1 & Mantis Skins –  You need to go to “customization” menu in-game. 
  • Lightsaber customization –  You need to find workbenches in-game, they are scatter around the worlds.

@EA_Atic  hey guys honestly I have been having the same issue. I preordered the delux version and I’m getting the half the content. When I check the PS4 store it says delux purchased so I’m really confused. Would love the help guys!
