Same problem - my game only came with one code (the code to redeem the game). I have been to the workbenches and none of the preorder bonuses are showing. Was especially excited for the orange blade, so hopefully can get this fixed!
@EA_Atic I’ve also not been able to download the orange saber (or crystal), nor the bonus hilts. I’ve checked the workbench and only blue and green are available.
I have ave been able to download the “extras” and mods for BD and the Mantis. I’d used the code that came in the game box.
Please let let us know how to get the saber related items. We keep on seeing the explanations, like use the workbench, etc.
it seems like no one believes those of us who are having the saber issue.

Edit: Just saw that I’m missing gold BD skin as well.
