I preloaded STAR WARS™ Jedi: Fallen Order™ for PC on 14 June 2019 and got my code 12 november but I didn't get the
orange saber crystal, nor the bonus hilts. I’ve checked the workbench and only blue and green are available, so I upgraded to the Deluxe edition through Origin extra content but I just got the: Cosmetic skin for BD-1 , Cosmetic skin for the Stinger Mantis , Digital Art Book , and the “Director’s Cut” behind-the-scenes videos, featuring over 90 minutes of footage from the making of the game there is no Orange Lightsaber Blade Color nor the cosmetic Lightsaber customization sets.
I just went back to eb games where I bought it from and they said there should be a code on their system that they can print out to give to us but the code isn’t in their system yet. I will be contacting eb games head office to confirm this. I don’t understand why the code slip wasn’t in the game case like the other pre order bonus! While they were serving me another person came to pick their pre ordered copy up. They opened their case while still at the counter and they have no code either
Exactly.the same problem they told me thwy can't find anything about it.. SMH we need answers!
So Amazon just sent me an email saying:
"I've reviewed your comments and understand your concern you have not received the code for order : Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield Double Pack - Nintendo Switch ."
"Now, your issue is currently being looked into and we ask that you allow us 3-5 business day to provide you with a final response."
I never ordered any Pokemon.... WTF? This would be funny if I wasn't getting so annoyed with them. What little faith I had in Amazon before is completely gone now.
