Upon reaching the point where you can customize your lightsaber, I discovered my pre order bonuses weren’t showing up. I preordered the deluxe version of the game over a month ago on Amazon. I’m loving the game so far, but I’m disappointed that I can’t access the preorder bonus. Is there something I’m missing?

Seems to be an issue for people who ordered via Amazon. There are few questions on Amazon regarding people not receiving their pre-order bonus content code, myself included. I called Amazon and the rep wasn't any help. A few responses on their site indicate that reps were saying something to effect that EA had yet to provide Amazon with the codes and that they'd be emailed out within the week. Who knows what to believe.

I pre-ordered my copy of Deluxe Edition on November 11th (from Walmart) and I picked it up today (16th) and just got to the point where you can customize the lightsaber and I don't have the pre-order bonuses at all

I got the game off of Origin with pre-load, had the skins for the lightsaber, BD-1 and the Mantis. But after I saved and got out of the game then went back to play it they were missing

I have the same issue. I used the bonuses in the first hours and now few days later it’s not there anymore...

Hey guys I found this thread while trying to find the solution to this, and I figured out how to fix it on my end, so I figured I'd do my daily good deed and share. This worked for me, it may or may not work for you. I have the PS4 version, and I downloaded and installed the addon content while I was playing the game, but it never showed up, even after restarting the game several times. I simply downloaded and installed the addon content while the game was NOT running and it worked like a charm. Hope this helps!

I didn't pre-order the game, i bought it on steam the day it came out. I bought the deluxe edition and didn't notice that anything was wrong but then my friend downloaded the game (on origins deluxe edition) and he said that he had the orange light saber and that he could change the color on his under shirt. And i thought i bought the standard edition so i checked my mail for the confermasion mail from steam and it sais i bought deluxe edition and steam cant help me with that so my question is what can i do.

I had the same problem but i pre-orderd it on disk and didnt get the addons

I just received my preorder code from Amazon via email approx 8:30pm central today 11/18/2019. It worked!

Figured I'd give a quick update. I chatted with Amazon's customer service. They indicated that a lot of people have been encountering the same issue (obviously). The rep said that they would submit a request to the marketing department to send me a code and that I should receive it within 3 business days. Fingers crossed I suppose...

I submitted help request with Amazon on Friday night or Sat morning. Got the response below from Amazon via email late on Saturday. Sounds like Amazon is trying to get it fixed.
"I understand your concern regarding the code for pre ordering the game. I will surely help you with this.
I'm really sorry to hear that you did not receive the promotional code for pre-ordering the game "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order - PlayStation 4" . We don't expect this to happen. I can understand your disappointment. Please accept my sincere apologies for this situation.
This is not a common occurrence but when it does happen, we take full responsibility and will endeavor to offer a solution.
Please you don't worry about it. I am here to help you.
In this case, it is required to contact the business owner of this game and generate a new code.

I have the deluxe edition for Ps4. I have verified that the bonus content was downloaded and installed but NO BONUSES are in the game!! HELP!

I own the Deluxe edition and have had no issues with the bonus content.
Try restoring the licenses on your PS4 then try again that might help.
Also do you know what the bonus content is and where to look for it?

It seem the problem,is not just with Amazon i pre-ordered it for a local online vendor in South-Africa and have not receive the preorder codes. currently waiting on the vendors response

Adding my name to this list. Amazon has not been helpful at all and the codes need to come from EA. So someone screwed up. If anyone hears of a resolution please let us all know.

I too pre-ordered the game through Amazon and have not receieved any pre-order bonus. I have a complaint into Amazon, who told me Saturday that they need 3-5 business days to research the problem.

I am going back-and-forth with the twitter @EAHelp and they seem to think its all Amazon's fault for not giving out the codes.
