@EA_Tomleroyjames2008 I had the same issue and at the bottom of your receipt you should have your code for the preorder content! Hope this helps!
@Stareandglare There is no code on the Amazon receipt.

I don't understand how Amazon would say they don't have the codes, when they got back to me so quickly with my pre order code.
I don't understand either. I'm chalking it up to Amazon reps being too damn lazy to properly do their jobs or EA truly not providing them enough codes. Either way somebody dropped the ball and owes the consumers an apology.
