Upon reaching the point where you can customize your lightsaber, I discovered my pre order bonuses weren’t showing up. I preordered the deluxe version of the game over a month ago on Amazon. I’m loving the game so far, but I’m disappointed that I can’t access the preorder bonus. Is there something I’m missing?
I had the same problem but i pre-orderd it on disk and didnt get the addons
- @XxGoldenGamer9xX same for me, pre ordered the physical deluxe edition and it only came with the deluxe edition content
I just received my preorder code from Amazon via email approx 8:30pm central today 11/18/2019. It worked!
- @johnythelast I saw you said you purchased it from a retailer in Portugal correct? If you haven’t already, contact the retailer and explain the situation. Others have indicated that EA can only generate codes for games purchased through Origin. It sounds like the codes for physical copies were supposed to be generated by the retailer. Maybe you can contact the marketing department of the company you bought the game from?
