Community ManagerIf anyone is on PS4 and has redeemed their code on the Playstation Store but still does not have the orange lightsaber, using the Restore License feature should help you.

@EA_Barry What about those of us who never received our pre-order codes for the content? Is there anything that can be from EA's end about it?

Sadly, no. Please contact your retailer to receive the pre-order codes.
But this is the cause of most people’s problem. Their retailer did not get enough codes to give out.
Amazon is clueless as the what a pre-order code is and they are not helping with getting it. This is very frustrating as I assume they are one of the larger retailers to sell the game.
Amazon just emailed me my code not even 2 mins ago! They finally found them I guess, who knows? Either way I hope everyone else soon gets theirs as well!
Amazon sent me another pre order code... This has been quite the mess.
I still haven't received anything from Amazon. Hopefully today is the day.
EDIT: Today IS the day! I just received my code from Amazon. 😃
