I am going back-and-forth with the twitter @EAHelp and they seem to think its all Amazon's fault for not giving out the codes.

Here is a timeline with my convo with @EAHelp:

I haven't gotten my pre-order code for Jedi Fallen Order on PS4 after purchasing the game from Amazon. said to wait 24-48 hours and I have yet to get a code or any info. I'd like to get this straightened out please.

Hey, Josh! I hate to hear that's going on. You would need to speak with Amazon Support if you're still not seeing that pre-order code come through as pre-order codes come from the retailer. -Wade

Am I supposed to get a digital code? So far, Amazon Support have given me the EA headquarters main number, 650-628-1500. I kid you not.

Did you purchase a digital or physical version of the game? To be honest, I'm not 100% sure how they operate with that as I have not ordered a game from them before. My guess would be a digital copy of the game would have a pre-order code sent to you via email. -Wade

It was a physical copy. I am online with them now and they seem to think EA is the problem and the EA Answers.HQ forum is saying that no one is receiving pre-order codes.

We do not have pre-order codes available to grant here at support. The retailer has always been responsible for pre-order codes as they receive them when they receive the games themselves. -Wade

Same issue here. I keep going back & forth with Amazon & EA. Not getting anywhere. One tells me to contact the other. Any advice on what to do or when this would be fixed? I just want to know that they are at least looking into this
