Upon reaching the point where you can customize your lightsaber, I discovered my pre order bonuses weren’t showing up. I preordered the deluxe version of the game over a month ago on Amazon. I’m loving the game so far, but I’m disappointed that I can’t access the preorder bonus. Is there something I’m missing?
I just received my code from Amazon!! The orange saber looks so good! For those that are still missing their codes, contact the support team of the company you purchased the game from (Amazon in my case). When I was chatting with a support technician, he said that he would submit a ticket to the marketing department and that they would give me a promotional code within 3 business days. I would advise asking for that.
