I just received my code from Amazon!! The orange saber looks so good! For those that are still missing their codes, contact the support team of the company you purchased the game from (Amazon in my case). When I was chatting with a support technician, he said that he would submit a ticket to the marketing department and that they would give me a promotional code within 3 business days. I would advise asking for that.
@That_Naive_Cube it hasn't been resolved and since mine is a different retailer I have no clue how long it will take
